Don’t fall in love with your features

Don’t fall in love with your features. Prioritize the ability to change over feature-building.

The sad truth is that most of the features that founders want end up on the scraproom floor. What is a scraproom floor? I don’t know, but it’s a sad place where they end up, lol. Or they end up being the least used features by users.

There’s something about wanting to do something cool and different that just tempts us into delaying and delaying our product until we get that feature built.

And then not so many people use it.

There is always time for adding features later once you get sustainability with your product.

I hope this message serves you. I’m on your team. If you’d like to talk about your situation, please reach out.
