You only need 2 things if you are building your airplane while flying it

In the world of product building there is a phrase - building your airplane while flying it.

If you are building your airplane while flying it (building your product while delivering it) and you don’t know a lot about your audience yet, you only need two things. I encourage you to focus on just these two things.

You need WINGS and WHEELS.

With those two things you will lift the plane and land the plane.

Your wings are your signature activity that is going to have someone try something for the first time and your wheels are the feedback that you are going to require when someone takes that experience to tell you whether you’re on the right track.

From that you will know…

Will they do it?

Do they like it?

Do they want to take another step?

Do you know what that step is?

And can you do it for them - yourself or in combination with a partner.

If so, you have sellable value.

Congratulations!

If you’re building a new program and need a digital fix, I can help. Get in touch.
