How do you get more ROI out of your current product?

How do you get more ROI out of your current product efforts? Here are some of my favorite ways to squeeze more juice out of that orange.

I want you think about locking in value at every single step of your product.

An activation has value.

A user journey has value.

Engagement has value.

Accomplishment has value.

All of these pieces can be sold separately and combined with other partners to create not just one value stream from your product, but multiple.

A good example of this is Headspace. They have been incorporated into health plans, into micro-experiences in Weight Watchers.

They are getting distribution in custom arrangements where no one company is having to do all the steps of distribution, activation, user journey, engagement and accomplishment themselves.

So consider all those different places of value.

It’s a great way to have comfort that if your team isn’t good at one particular thing, you’re not doomed. There are a lot of ways to work with multiple channels to get more value from your product.
