How to make a mini-program pivot

If you’re in the midst of a big product build and it’s starting to bog down, you might need to pivot to launching a mini program quickly now, and then come back to the bigger build.

Here’s how to do that.

Look in your content to see what could become an amazing assessment or a cool standalone experience.

For the gold star, that experience should increase your participant’s clarity and motivation to move forward to the next step. That’s a program initiation experience in addition to having standalone value.

My friend Christine Whelan has a great purpose statement activity that helps people go from not being able to say what they care about most to reflecting on things they do care about and coming up with a mad-libs style purpose statement.

This is a fast upgrade to help someone realize that they do know what they want, they’re ready to get started, and it will help them to navigate the content in your program.

If you want help determining what content you have that could become a cool initiation experience, get in touch. I can help.
